Return and Exchange:

Ecologie Natural Cosmetics strives to provide an exceptional shopping experience and excellent customer service. To minimise returns and exchanges; please carefully read each product ingredients or product details you would like to order; feel free to email us at sales@ecologienaturalcosmetics.com.au for any of your product inquiry.

We will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer). You must contact us at admin@ecologienaturalcosmetics.com prior to return/exchange of the products. You must take a photo on damaged items and attached it with your email to us. We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our premises. Freight cost is non-refundable unless the item(s) is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault.

We may partially refund you if some item(s) of your order are out of stock. Here is how we calculate refund amount:

Partial Refund Amount = Your total payment – Value of shipped item(s).

Order Cancellation

We give full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You must contact us at admin@ecologienaturalcosmetics.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped; we will refund your money, after charging a $30 cancellation fee to cover our administration and courier cancellation fee.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request and refund, if the orders have been shipped.

Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a different product of same amount. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unused and undamaged. All freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty, damaged due to our fault, or inevitable allergic reactions. Should the products be received damaged, used or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refuse. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably denied.
