Freight:

We do not deliver your parcel to PO Box/Post Office Box.
We can deliver your parcel to home addresses and business addresses.
We will send your parcel by our refutable couriers:

Australia-wide: We recommend – Courier Please, Fastway and Parcel Point; choose the cheapest based on your Postcode and inclusive of insurance.

International:  European Countries, UK Countries, Netherlands Countries, Scandinavian Countries, Asia – Pacific (APAC), Africans Countries, UAE and Middle East Countries; we recommend- TNT International Express. US; we recommend- Toll Priority International Export; Or choose the cheapest carriers displayed on your screen and inclusive of insurance.

Freight Agent Surcharges Fees

Re-delivery Fee: Applicable when the receiver is not available on the second and third Delivery attempts payable online via carrier website. To avoid this surcharges of minimum AU$6.00 fee, kindly be sure someone is there to sign on your parcel. 

Re-direction Fee: Applicable when you instructs the carrier to deliver the goods to an alternate address than the one on the consignment note. Carrier Charge: Calculated per kilogram based on your shipped parcel, payable online via carrier website. To avoid this surcharges fees, kindly be sure to give us the correct delivery details  @ the billing address upon purchasing our products. 

Alteration Fee/Address Correction Fee: When any details of a shipment are to be corrected by our couriers or freight agent. Carrier Charge: AU$30.00 payable online via carrier website. To avoid this surcharges fees, kindly be sure to give us the correct delivery details in the billing field. 

Phone Call Prior to Delivery: No drivers are given information to make deliveries en route and are not provided with company phones. Most couriers and freight agent do not offer this service.

Domestic Delivery

We offer free shipping Australia-wide (incl. GST). See ordering tab for more information.

International Delivery

It is important for International recipients to be contactable by phone and email, since carriers may call and require further documentation from the recipient to clear goods through customs. If the Receiver is not contactable and does not respond promptly, being uncompliant will mean that the goods will be returned at your cost.

Handling:

We will packed and dispatch your order from ECOLOGIE Natural Cosmetics – warehouse after your payment is confirmed. 

Estimated Delivery Times: 2-4 business days, between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if applicable. Click here Customs and Import Tax. 

May subject to delay due to causes outside of courier control; and regional countries. 

Upon delivery, we will email your parcel tracking no, to check your goods of where it is or the countries it has travelled through. On that day of delivery, your signature is required, or in case the recipient is not you then an ID with signature will be required. You don’t have to be in attendance to accept delivery. Simply note in the instruction box, during check out, that you give ‘authority’ to leave without signature and the courier will leave your parcel box order in the safe area as requested.

Note: The courier will only leave your parcel in a safe location and hidden from public passersby.
