INSTRUCTIONS:
Apply the desired amount gently over the lips (morning and night) or as-needed usage:
Draw lip colour liner matte over the shape of the lip lines; apply Rose Maroc Soothing Lip Balm and re-apply. Apply matte lipstick to give lips a fuller effect; re-apply: Rose Maroc Soothing Lip Balm with a lip brush. Leave the lips plumper, healthy and glossy.
